Ensure application optimization for speed, scalability, security, and data protection, following industry best practices.
Create reusable code and libraries while performing unit, functional, and application testing for quality assurance.
Troubleshoot and maintain core product software and databases to ensure strong functionality and performance.
Stay updated on new technologies and integrate them into projects as applicable, while advising on strategic technology issues.
Produce detailed technical specifications and provide time and resource estimates for effective project planning.COMPETENCIES/SKILLSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of working experience related to the position.
Proficient in data modeling, database design, and development, with experience in mining and segmentation techniques, and familiar with MVC frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and both Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
Strong leadership abilities combined with a customer-focused approach, resourcefulness, and a commitment to best design and coding practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate within teams.
