The Technology Analyst is responsible for performing theoperational support, maintenance , and development activities of Mamee's technology landscape ( network, hardware and software ).
Responsibilities:Day to day businesssupportof on-premise or cloudnetwork infrastructure, hardware and software
Day to day businesssupportonin-house applicationsandend user computing
Training and deployment of assigned software
Perform analysis, design, build, test on assigned change requests
Maintain a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives
Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
Possess strong technical knowledge of hardware/software/applications
Working experience in IT is an added advantage
Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions, combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems
Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate
Possess own transport
