The ACE (Deliveries, OmniCommerce) Analytics team is the analytics and data powerhouse behind Grab's fastest-growing segments: GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress and OmniCommerce. Get to Know the Role
You will lead a team of2-3 analysts , and will report to the Head of Analytics, ACE. You will collaborate with diverse teams (Product, Business, Engineering, Design, Data Science) to transform data into dynamic solutions. Your insights will directly help develop groundbreaking products and programs, setting new benchmarks for excellence. Additionally, as we build our Analytics team in Malaysia, you will also act as the Site Lead for Analytics and mentor other analysts in Malaysia.
This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.

Influence at the Highest Levels:Present your team's findings to executive leadership and stakeholders, making a tangible impact on important decisions.
Drive Business Transformation:Collaborate with leaders to integrate analytics into every facet of our business. You'll translate complex data into strategies, providing clarity and direction in a changing market landscape.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
You have at least 2 years of managerial experience leading and growing teams, both horizontally and vertically.
You have at least 6 years in data-related or quantitative fields, with experience within D2C or B2C context such as Marketplaces, ECommerce, OmniCommerce or Retail Marketing Analytics.
You have fostered a data-driven culture within the organisation, promoting the use of analytics in decision-making processes.
You can take ownership of open-ended ambiguous business problems and propose novel solutions that go beyond common practice.
You have experience with experimentation to develop and test hypothesis through A/B tests, time-slice experiments (and more).
You have skills in data visualization and storytelling, and you can create narratives that aptly represent your team's insights.
You are fluent in SQL, Python, R, or other scripting/programming languages.
