Perform channel capability evaluation from business point of view together with all stakeholders before integration, lead integration requirement BRD, drive the new channel integration business readiness and BD training conduction.- Responsible for channels operation excellence. Work with Financial Institution BD, Customer Funds Management, Dispute and chargeback, Risk management teams on channel issue resolution and channel service delivery improvement.**Qualifications**- At least three years of working experience in payment industry, familiar with international acquiring business.- Have business sense, good project management skill, strong capability of cross function teams communication and collaboration, problem solver.- Data driven, good at channel performance analysis.- Self motivation, be proactive and high efficient under pressure.
