Job Description The Position will report to Financial Controller with work base in manufacturing facility in Malaysia and will work closely with procurement and material team.
Responsible for Account Payable Management (from invoicing to creditor reconciliation) Preparation & process payment on time Cashflow Management including plan and monitor the gain/ losses from FX Forward Contract & Hedging Responsible for executing month end close process for AR/AP/Cash function.
Ensure all FI (AR/AP/Treasury) Internal control is in placed & drive improvement.
Ensuring expense claims comply with divisional expenses policy Providing support for internal and external audits.
To perform any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications Minimum Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent At least 5 years relevant experience Strong SAP knowledge especially on PR/PO/AP/Claim.
Team Player.
Strong knowledge on MS Office esp.
Excel & Words.
The ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
