Description and RequirementsKey Objectives of Role:
Geo focal to International Sales Organisation (ISO) business units
Doubling up as primary point-of-contact for WW Commercial segment, Services & Solutions Group (SSG)
Close engagement with SSG portfolio enablement team to develop clear business objectives, ensuring sales hygiene guided by KPIs
Strategise and develop a comprehensive and aligned GTM to achieve revenue KPIs
Last mile enablement for sales programs and initiatives in regional markets across Asia-Pacific, focusing on end-user sales motions

Speed and efficiency in taking key offerings to market with ISO

Reporting to the Commercial Business Management Lead (Asia-Pacific, Solutions & Services Group), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success. This involves collaborating with the following extended teams and functions to ensure alignment, synchronize efforts, and collectively drive success:
WW SSG Enablement team, spanning across different functions

This role requires a blend of the following skills and competencies:
Comprehensive expertise in market and competitive dynamics pertinent to assigned portfolio
Knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio
In-depth knowledge and experience with assigned Portfolio GTM strategies
Sales Narrative competencies. Proficient in storytelling and able to generate compelling sales narratives tailored to the portfolio.
Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
Team management skills for hybrid and remote workforce
