The Life Sciences and Chemicals industry is ripe for disruption, and we are looking for like-minded enthusiastic, and innovative people who are thirsty for a challenge to join us in making a difference.APAC Data StewardMissionTo maintain the local product, customer and vendor master data files for the Azelis companies in APAC, in accordance with corporate (including PIM), local and external fiscal requirements.Principal AccountabilitiesLocal Data Management- Develop and maintain processes, standards & process documentation for the maintenance of data in accordance with the Azelis Group policies, local procedures and in compliance with fiscal requirements.- Manage the creation and updating of the local product, customer and vendor master data records files liaising with business units and corporate data management.Working with commercial assistants and local finance team to ensure released product data is complete and validated in accordance with the local new product set-up process – and product blocking process.Interact with SHEQ and Regulatory Affairs specialists to guarantee the quality of product information throughout the entire cycle (from BP to Product release).Working with SSC master data and local finance to amend sensitive vendor bank details.Working with business unit management & HR to maintain employee responsible allocations.Liaising with local credit control to block inactive customer accounts & generally to update master records on advice of change by customers.Update/maintain all data records on regular intervals to guarantee it's quality and integrity.ProceduresLiaise with the data managers in the Azelis Group to ensure all shared Group data files are maintained and managed in accordance with Group procedure.To immediately inform, via the appropriate reporting line, any problems with shared Group data that may affect the normal daily operational status of the businesses and comply with Internal Rules of Procedures (IRoP).To liaise with the SSC and local finance team to resolve issues related to customer, product and vendor records.qqProjectsSupport onboarding of the data of acquired companies form the legacy ERP into D365.Be involved in the integration of new companies/activities.
Define retro-plannings for data creation in ERP.
Ensure data collection, quality and completeness to establish a clean database.Participate in major continuous improvement projects such as Warehouse integration, EDI or any other process integration with external partners, ISO renewal, audits, etc.Migrations of new companies from legacy ERP to D365 where various migration templates need to be filled and maintained.Train stakeholders of the acquired entities on the master data templates for D365 F&O ERP and D365 CRMExperience, Skills & EducationMicrosoft Office 365 skills.Thorough knowledge of Azelis data management policies.Logical analysis.Concern for standards, attention to detail, task orientation.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.Confident team player with excellent communication skills.Advanced level of English, speaking and writing capabilitiesD365 F&O ERP knowledge is a plus.ETL knowledge is a plusThe requirements of the job will develop and change according to the needs of the business and the employee will be expected to adapt to these changes.
