Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:We have identified an opportunity for a Regional Client and Operational Lead to join us in a vital and key leadership position. This role will be managing and continuously building on the client partnership as well as overseeing a diverse set of teams from account management to operations and data insights, delivering on key campaign assets across multiple brands and markets.The Regional Client Lead works together with the service layer and onsite teams that supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs. The service layer and onsite teams deliver a truly transformative work-stream for the APAC, Agile onsite work and planned content production across all channels.This is a very demanding and ever-changing leadership role that will require the Regional Client and Operations Lead to have strong experience in a similar role preferably onsite, managing various teams, key internal and external stakeholders as well as clients. Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential. As a Regional Client and Operations Lead it will also be your responsibility to ensure overall brand performance that delivers on the client revenue commitment to the business.QualificationsTHE PERSONThe Regional Client and Operations Lead will have 15+ years' experience in a client facing role preferably within Consumer Healthcare, CPG or Beauty categories. Familiar with matrix management approach and reporting structures.Be able to build and maintain key relationships with agencies, partnerships, clients and key stakeholders to maintain positive business health in the region.Manage and oversee client accounts, across SEA & Taiwan, Indian Subcontinent, N. Asia and ANZ, including local team governance and partnership with local team leadership.Responsible for managing demand to strategically influence project pipeline, driving content reuse (deduplication), reporting key insights around local actions such as in markets global asset adoption rates, channel mix, or compliance.Work in a collaborative way with teams locally and virtually to ensure knowledge is shared across the board in a timely manner and all content/assets are delivered on time.Work closely with the data insights team ensuring that learnings are discussed with creative agencies and clients at key points within the creative development process.Have a leadership attitude, supporting teams as needed and working together to manage any challenges.Manages key relationship within the model, including regional hubs, studio, and global hub colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery of projects. Drives engagement plan following strategic resource allocation principles.Have excellent communication skills, ability to present with gravitas and engage the most senior Clients and stakeholders.Critical work planning and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple briefs/campaigns at the same time.Be financially minded and able to work on business planning and forecasting.Contribute to the smooth running of the business overall, delivering against client and agency KPIs.
