Then we have the right opportunity—we are looking for an intern to join APJ Collections Team!
In this amazing role, you will be able to engage with HPE partners & customers, learn to develop and maintain strong working relationships internally & externally in order to deliver the best Total Customer Experience.
You will be given the opportunity to manage and collect payments from assigned Account Receivables portfolio across multiple business segments.
Also to mitigate HPE's bad debt, through early identification of potential receivables at risk.
Including dispute resolutions, and when necessary, negotiates and implements payment solutions within HPE's policies and procedures.
