-Provide technical support to customers utilizing SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries efficiently.
-Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept projects.
-Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS software into their existing workflows, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal efficiency.
-Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS software, covering best practices and advanced features.
-Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports, to assist customers and internal teams.
-Engage with clients to understand their business needs, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide tailored solutions using SOLIDWORKS and related services.
-Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
-Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products, incorporating them into our solutions and services.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows related to SOLIDWORKS implementation and support.

; Requirements:-
-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience with SOLIDWORKS or other CAD software.
-Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
