Application Engineer

Job Description Responsibilities: Provide first and second level support in handling order routing enquiry, trading disruption, troubleshooting and respond within SLA.
Liaising between IT programmers and other stakeholders when IT issues occur.
Escalate promptly and decisively when problem faced is beyond containment.
