Responsibilities As an expert of Keysight's RF and Wireless Communication test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application, configuration etc. Application includes Noise Figure, Phase Noise, EMI, 5G, WLAN, IoT etc. Understands customer's problems and efficiently resolves the technical inquiry via remote channels like phone, email, portal etc. Research on solution by replicating customer's issue in lab, proactively works with R&D by providing customer insights etc. Delivers technical expertise via a remote channel for solution implementation and start-up assistance to the customer based on Keysight Test and Measurement products and services. Qualify and refer hardware, software and services sales opportunities to the right Sales teams. Contribute technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge Base. Written and verbal proficiency in both English and Chinese is a Must . Bachelors / Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Typically, 8+ Year Experience in using Test & Measurement instrumentation /software for wireless communication. e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Signal Studio, Xapps, etc. Well understand on test for RF or wireless communication. E.g. Noise Figure, Phase Noise, EMI, 5G, WLAN, IoT, etc. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. And be able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely. Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
