Application Engineer

Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
Conduct standard and customized product presentation.
Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
Conduct product benchmark to prove our solutions capabilities.
Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
Keep abreast of software and hardware technology.
Job Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering field.
Experience in using SOLIDWORKS or other 3D CAD systems.
Proficiency in English language.

Required to travel within Penang.
