We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer to join our dynamic Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and controlling project elements and liaising with the project manager and the technical personnel involved in a project.
The person is responsible for monitoring the project progress in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing of Pumps, Process Control Instruments, Analytical Instrumentation and other product lines of the company To handle customer queries on product compliance, certification, test reports, standards, and requirements as well as to furnish the relevant information to the customer. Prepare and compile Tender/Contract document & Project Co-ordination To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client timely. To be responsible for executing the purchase orders / job orders given by customers Customer services which include daily operational activities, field supporting works and customer support activities To support in office business operation, documentation & follow up on day to day RFQ, including quoted submissions To closely monitor status of goods deliver till invoicing to end client To perform other duties / assignments at such time and in such manner as Company may from time to time direct Requirements: Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant field. Preferable 1-2 years' experience. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply. Experience in Oil & Gas industrial will be in additional advantage. Positive working attitude, Proactive, Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Project management and supervision skills. Fluent in written & verbal Malay & English languages
