Do you love challenges?
Primary focus would be to process POs and invoices via NTT's internal software – it.capture. (Training will be provided)
Monitor the processing status of customer's requests/incidents.
Perform a First Level Administration & Support on SAP, Cloud Infrastructure Services, Database Services, Application & other platforms (System check, monthly reporting, managing alerts escalation from monitoring team, perform troubleshooting on incident management, etc.)
Support incident/service request tickets in the ticketing system for further processing according to SLA
Forwarding/escalating customer's requests to the responsible team(s)
24/7 Customer Support - Shift Required
Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling)

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, and a CGPA of 3.0 or above are highly encouraged to apply.
Possess good communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to adapt to a process-oriented mindset in a Global environment.
Willing to learn and be dynamic to new challenges, in line with organization's expansion plans.
Extrovert personality is highly preferred (social, outgoing, etc.).
Required language(s): English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
Willing to support 24/7 shift.
