We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Accounts Receivable Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing coaching and guidance to team members in their work.
Manage and account for the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions, ensuring that end-to-end activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform full spectrum of Billing & Accounts Receivables and Credit Control responsibilities.
Prepare and ensure that reports as required by stakeholders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
Initiate and support process improvement projects.
Participate and support management's initiatives and reports.
Manage and perform month-end close activities.
Monitor and review the ageing of receivables and execute collection procedures.
Participate in bank and treasury-related matters and reporting activities as required.
Support statutory and internal audit processes.
Support corporate income tax, indirect tax (such as GST, VAT, SST) and withholding tax submissions/activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsible for maintaining documentation and filing and ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
5 years of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control experience in Shared Service Function is an added advantage.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
Meticulous and able to process data with a high degree of accuracy.
Positive work attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Reliable, responsible, accountable, and proactive approach to problem solving.
