Job ResponsibilitiesArchitectural full scope of works from design conceptual proposal, authorities' submissions, full tender process and contract administration till CCC.
Creative design and visual presentation.
Interactive coordination with colleagues, authorities, contractors, clients and other professionals/specialists.
Specialised projects such as mixed development and industrial park master planning.
Job Requirement
Has completed LAM Part 1 or Part 2 architectural course.
Advanced knowledge on architectural software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rendering software such as Revit, etc.
Positive, cheerful and proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Able to work well with other project team members and colleagues.
