Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing healthcare construction projects ensuring they meet client specifications, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:Create innovative architectural designs and detailed drawings using CAD software and other design tools.
Project Management:Oversee all phases of project development, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Client Consultation:Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Collaboration:Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.
Site Visits:Conduct site visits to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, prevalent codes and safety standards.
Sustainability Practices:Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials in projects whenever possible.
Qualifications:
Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Experience in healthcare services projects is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
