We are seeking a talentedArchitectwitha minimum of 5 years of experiencein project planning, design development, and execution, capable of managing complex projects from concept to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and interpret design concepts in alignment with client briefs and project goals.
Prepare architectural drawings, models, and documents to support design development and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth project progress.
Take ownership of specific design areas under the guidance of the project leader.
Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Ensure design compliance with local regulations, including Kuala Lumpur building codes and technical guidelines.
Manage large, multidisciplinary projects while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and adherence to GDP Architects' protocols.
QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of architectural experience, particularly in residential, hospitality, or retail projects
Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, planning regulations, and technical design standards.
Proven ability to make informed design decisions and effectively communicate concepts.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to direction.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with additional 3D modeling tools is a plus).
