Full job description Responsibilities:
Oversee the project implementation and meet client requirements. Oversee project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates. Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure compliance with building codes. Ensuring that throughout the construction process, the project meets regulatory standards. Overseeing building contractors and construction crews. Visiting the site regularly to ensure the project remains on time and within specifications. Develop and manage a proactive communication to keep contractors informed about project progress and conditions Requirements And Skills:
Minimum degree or accreditation in architecture. Minimum 5 years' experience in designing, planning, and executing construction projects. Experience in construction detailing and specification development. Knowledge of building materials and methods. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Knowledge of construction management. Requirement : Immediately Job Type: Contract
