We are currently hiring for Part 1 & Part 2 architect (Multiple positions available).Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist and support architects on the preparation of architectural projects, construction drawings and details.
Assist architect during construction stage such as preparing letters, memos, instructions, certificates, and others ad-hoc duties as required.
Attend the consultant/site meetings and prepare the meeting minutes.
Prepare tender drawings, details and schedules as required by the QS for the preparation of the tender documents.
Check all authorities requirements, submission guidelines and procedures, liaise with the relevant local authority representative until approvals is obtained.
Ensure completion of architectural projects on time and within the time limit.
Able to handle the project independently (Part 2).RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (LAM/RIBA Part I or Part II) or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
Preferably skills in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Revit, BIM and Lumion will be an added advantage).
Strong in analytical skill, problem solving skill and time management skill.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, Passion for Architecture and Eagerness to Learn.
