Architect

Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals.
Preparation & submission of drawings and necessary documents to local authorities.
Involvement in the tendering process.
Coordination with all parties including clients, consultants, and authorities.
Supervision of construction works and defects.
Ensuring work carried out and materials delivered to site are in accordance with specifications.
Ensuring workmanship is of required standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Master inArchitecture.
Required skill(s): Must be well versed inAutoCAD & other relevant skills.
Dedicated individual willing to grow with the company.
