Architectural Assistant

About The Job - A validated Part 2-degree holder with at least 6-9 years of professional experience - expected to work on several separate projects and will be expected to ensure that every project attains the highest design standard and compliances with by laws and authority requirement. - Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients. - A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts etc. - provide information on their projects to assist in the programming and resource allocation/management - attend and contribute to regular design reviews. - assist and support senior staff in their tasks of winning work. - assist as required with the preparation and distribution of marketing material Skills & Experience Required - understanding on design flow from conceptual stage to construction implementation - Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup/ Rhino, Photoshop) is necessary. - A bonus would be proficiency in Revit, InDesign and rendering software such as Lumion/ V-ray. - Must be familiar with Malaysia's standard, building bylaws and authorities requirement. - Liaise with authorities for relevant authorities' approval. - excellent verbal and written communication skills, be capable of working independently, multitasking, and work well with teams.Contractors and Engineers To Provide Design, Engineering and Management Consultancy ServicesBachelor's or Equivalent
