Architectural Assistant

Based in Kuala Lumpur to assist Singapore Architecture Office on projects.
Responsible for drafting and preparation of plan, section, elevation & detailed drawings.
Assist Architect to prepare submission drawings and documents to the building authorities.
Prepare 2D and 3D presentation to meet project requirements.
Dedicated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adhere to work schedules and established deadlines.
To perform ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a relevant Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Strong in Autocad Skill.
Well-versed in softwares (Sketchup, Adobe, Microsoft Office).
Able to use BIM Modelling software an added bonus.
Able to communicate effectively in speaking and writing fluently in English.
A keen eye for details and enjoy independent working.
Prefer 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
