At least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Two (2) years working experience in architectural works in advantage but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in cad-drafting software, BIM software and/or other drafting tools, SketchUp and/or other design software
Good knowledge in Building By-laws and planning requirement.
Good command of both English and Malay.
Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintain consistent quality
Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist the Architect to prepare 2D design drawings, schedule and documentation for the conceptual design and design developments.
Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information.
Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
