**The Architectural Coordinator** act as the Coordinator of the site design team and is responsible for leading a team of architectural draftsperson. This role will liaise closely with the Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure buildable shop drawings are issued timely to the project site team.A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:- Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program- Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.- Relate design intent from architect / design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing- Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted; details are workable and coordinated with other trades- Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues- Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace- Strong interpersonal skill and able to develop positive relations with different stakeholders- Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure all drawings are accurate and issued on a timely basis- Able to propose cost efficient alternatives for consultant approval**Qualifications and Education Requirements**- Education: Minimum Degree in Architectural / Building- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in projects with contract value minimum of 100 million, relevant experience in construction, preferably in Data Center projects.**Technical competencies**- Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent- Understanding of structural / M&E drawings- Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (i.e. BCA, SCDF, LTA)- Awareness of contractual obligations / rights**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
