Architectural Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Check drawings discrepancies between C&S, M&E, and architecture, and issue Request for Information (RFI) when required.- Coordinate with sub-contractor on site work planning, inspection of work, and execution.- Prepare Inspection of Work (IOW) form and Material Inspection Form accordingly to schedule inspection with consultant.- Oversee the workmanship and materials of the project through regular inspection.- Prepare documents/reports/calculations, provide technical advice, and solve problems on-site with assistance from a consultant.- Report monthly physical work progress.**Job Requirement**:- Possess at least Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or other relevant discipline.- Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal in English, Malay, and Chinese.- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the design and documentation process and be a proactive team player.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
