Job Description
This is a 12-months fixed term contract role.
Responsibilities:
Provides Overall Supervisory and Coordination on Nationwide CD premises as and when Design, Renovation, Refurbish and Reinstatement Projects needed, within the Budget, Schedule, Quality, and Safety Standards as per Expectation by the Management.
Responsible for Administration of Projects Terms and Conditions and Obtaining All Necessary Permits Licenses and Inspections. Directs and Monitors Compliance With Building and Safety Codes, Regulations, and Requirements / Process Set Up By Landlords/Authority/Management.
Development and Review Of Drawings, Material Technical Specification, Bill of Quantity, Scope of Works, Evaluation, Testing and Commissioning Of Related Fixtures, Fittings, Equipment Acquisition From Internal and/or External Source For Renovation Needs.
Leads Efforts Related to Feasibility Studies, Valuation, Due Diligence, Cost Estimating, Risk Analysis, and Schedule Analysis. Perform Value Engineering for Projects to Ensure Optimum Cost-benefit to Company.
Perform Vendor / Contractor / Supplier Performance Evaluation, Payment Validation, On-site Measurement, Internal and External Communication to Ensure Projects Conducted as per Delivery Expectations.
Plan, Prepare & Develop Progress Reporting for Daily, Weekly, Yearly or Any Ad Hoc Request By The Management. Document All Technical Info, User Manuals and Guide for Staff Training If Any on Office Setup.
Liaison with other external and internal stakeholders i.e IT, Network, Finance, Retail to Ensure All Projects Element Covered and Implemented Accordingly.
Continuous Improvement, Designing and Propose Agile, Digital & Modern Workplace Setup and Features to Enhance Comfort and Productivity.
Smart Building and Sustainability initiatives.
Perform other relevant Workspace related and adhoc task as and when required by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant/related working experience in Facilities Management.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Building, Science discipline or equivalent.
Good Communication skills and facilitation.
Project/contract management & supervision.
Technical Skills - proficient user of Autocad, Microsoft Office, SAP, MicroGDS and relevant software.
Good in analytical thinking & can make decision and action plan in addressing issues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
