Architectural Designer & Draughtsman

Job Title: Architectural Designer
Responsibilities:
Perform architectural designs and develop concepts.
Manage design and production processes.
A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts, etc.
Understanding of authority requirements to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permit approvals (such as KM submission, BP submission, etc).
Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on the project team, helping them with any project-related inquiries as needed.
Other duties include team building, staffing, project organization, communication, and mentoring.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Architecture.
Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup) is necessary.
