Architectural Technical Assistant (Intermediate Level)We seek a highly motivated and committed candidate for the following position:
Architectural Technical Assistant (Intermediate Level)
Responsibilities:
Assist in sketch design and design development for a variety of projects
Prepare good Buildings Plans submission drawings and other authorities submission drawings
Prepare good working drawings and details
Prepare good construction drawings
Coordinate with consultants
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma from recognized institutions
Possess a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
Good building technical knowledge and conversant with authority requirements
Skilled in AutoCad and/or Revit, 3D StudioMax and Photoshop
Excellent visual presentation skills, an advantage
Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, take pride in one's work and committed with a strong work ethic
