Architectural Technician

-Prepare and manage submission drawings: Create and modify drawings for planning applications, permits, and other regulatory submissions.


-Ensure compliance: Verify that designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements for submissions.


-Coordinate with authorities: Assist in submitting plans to local councils or government bodies and address any feedback or revisions.


-Prepare documentation: Compile and organize required documents (e.g., site plans, elevations, specifications) for planning and building regulation submissions.


-Assist with project schedules: Help maintain timelines for submission deadlines and approvals.

; Requirements:-

-Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

-Good knowledge of Concept Design, Design Development, Detailing and Construction practices

-Required skill(s): project management, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, or other relevant software.

-To produce 3D artist impression, construction and 2D drawings

-To plan, arrange, coordinate, control and manipulate progress of a project, to ensure that all requirements of the property's drawings and plans are met at the agreed timelines.

-To liase with designers, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the smooth completion of the project

-Working Experience not necessary, fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply

-Able to work independently, self motivated, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skills

-Highly efficient and no procrastination

-Must possess own transport
