Architecture Clerk Of Work

Assisting the Resident Architect to supervise and monitor all on-site architectural works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct daily inspections and provide detailed reports on construction progress, workmanship, and site conditions.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the Resident Architect to resolve on-site issues and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Monitor the use of materials and ensure that they conform to the approved specifications and quality.
Identify and report any deviations from the approved plans and recommend corrective actions.
Provide regular progress reports to the Resident Architect.
Ensure that all works adhere to local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Assist the Resident Architect to compile and prepare the necessary documentation for site meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degreein Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum5 years of experienceas a Clerk of Works, with at least2 yearsin large-scale mixed development projects.
Familiarity witharchitectural and structural drawings , building codes, and construction standards.
Experience working inEast Malaysiais an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
