Operation
• To plan store operation process, follow guideline set by Company (MHM, Service & Toy Equipment)
• To ensure opening checklist is function according to plan
• To ensure all regional store are operate follow standard guideline set by company
• To check and monitor store sales according to budget and target given.
• To propose counter measure plan and execute in order to achieve stores sales
• Standardize MHM and implementation KITA MESTI BOLEH policy
• Give proper training to existing service crews & new team
• To visit store accordingly as plan and ensure all stores are well maintain
• Implement other countries good example in a proactive way
• Monitor service crew and kidzooona selling floor to ensure follow MHM accordingly
• To prepare store monthly sales report
• To prepare weekly Store Patrol report
• Support store crews in daily operation management
Event
• Coordinate with HQ event assistant manager for store event execution and improvement
• To explain and guide store monthly event manual to service crew
• Training new event with store staff
• To provide and help to support store service crew for daily event operation management
• Implement other countries good example in a proactive way
• To ensure event board and execute activities follow the plan given by HQ
• To ensure birthday party, kindergarten visit and pax achieve and execute as target given by Company
• To coordinate with HQ marketing team to execute company event, activities & promotion
Toy
• To train and help execution of stores on preparation, cleanliness and display of play equipment
• Understanding toy order status and advise store ordering accordingly
• Understanding play equipment condition and monitor and prepare OOS report
• Support to maintain ideal condition for promotion goods and equipment in facility
• Check toys stock at backroom and selling floor when do a visit and report to HQ indoor playground team
• Do a proper display training follow (PDCA technique) for new staff and new leader
• Compile and double check kidzooona checklist within regionApplication Questions:

Bhd. to dispose the Smart Wonder World Business. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 18th February 2011 as a private limited company in Malaysia for the purpose of acquiring the Smart Wonder World business from AEON CO. (M) BHD. and shall continue to operate and expand the business with the name of "Molly Fantasy".
AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.'s creed is to serve local communities and initiate sound development by providing dreams, fun and interaction through its principal activities. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.'s principal activities are in the operation of indoor theme parks which include entertainment and amusement facilities for children and their families. AEON Fantasy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will enhance its business and look for future expansion in order to provide a better entertainment facilities and services to local communities.
