Area Manager (Kuantan, Pahang)

Job Responsibilities :Oversee and manage multiple Segi Fresh stores in designated area, ensuring smooth operationsin accordance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales target, KPIs, and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning.Lead, mentor, recruit and develop store managers and staffby creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture.Monitor and analyse sales, inventory level, and customer feedback.
Identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.Work hand-in-hand with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure the success of store initiatives and promotions.Build a strong and positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders who are essential to your store's success.Become the bridge between the store and corporate management, ensuring clear and efficient communication through insightful reports and open dialogue.Job Requirement:Minimum Diploma in business administration, retail management, marketing, or a related field is required.Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry / F&B, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or a large retail area.Experience in managing fresh products, such as groceries or perishables, is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably as a Store Manager, District Manager, or similar position.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
