Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Able to analyze and present other local operator (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors focus and direction in accordance to Company's overall patterns.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
Distribution points expansion.
Network expansion planning and prioritization.
Up to date dealer management database.
Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel.
Timely submission of management reports.
The Fit:
At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Tobacco, Telco & any the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial management, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
Good communication skills and presentation skills.
Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player.
