Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
Responsible in managing multiple outlet operations Responsible in forecasting the outlets sales performance & outlet costing (P&L) and ensure sales target and any other objective are met Ensure effective daily front line operations (manpower, stocks and other resources) Responsible in recruiting potential candidate, train and develop team Formulate and execute project delivery plans, the set sales budget, target and sales analysis Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management Verify and monitor the outlet's staff attendance relates to monthly payroll purposes Liaise with the supervisor for any problems at the outlet Oversee and coordinate Franchisee operations and performance Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Management/Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Food & Beverage or related field is required for this position Highly self-motivated and influential with the ability to lead by example, coach, mentor and develop others Able to work under pressure and react quickly to situations by making timely yet strategical decisions in challenging conditions and circumstances Good personality and communication skills, able to communicate with all levels Customer oriented and service minded Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, good problem-solving skills Must be willing to travel to all assigned outlet Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as an Area Operations Manager?
