The APM is an integral part of the PSD team and has several deliverables that are essential for continued success in the market.Individual Accountabilities:Development & implementation of area portfolio growth strategiesProvide area insights to inform global strategies for NPI / Key programsLead execution of global NPIs in the area, providing continuous support and guidance to regions/countriesLiaise with countries to optimize GM% at commodity levelActive portfolio management including product mix, pricing, PIPOManage portfolio optimization activities leveraging area inputCo-definition of price corridorsPortfolio road mapsDigital experienceChannel programsYour Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionFive (5) combined years of marketing, and/or marketing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAn ability to work collaboratively with a range of functions and backgrounds and consciousness and awareness of different culturesAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in business, marketing or communicationsMinimum seven years of product or portfolio marketing, marketing operations in a private, public, government or military environment Skills include strong communication, analytics and project management.
