Job Duties and Qualifications Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).
Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements.
Maintains scheduling board and report on utilization of personnel and equipment.
Arrange the personnel movement, including the travel / accommodation booking, local transportation, helicopter booking Maintain the training matrix, arrange the training for personnel as per company and customer requirements Track personnel work permits, liaise with the local HR and agents, and extend when necessary Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.
Ensure the timesheets are accurate in SAP system and pass them for approvals Service as a back up service planner, to create the Purchase Requisitions in the system, and enter service entries, once the service is completed in liaise with the service coordinators Skills are typically acquired through a High School Diploma or similar education and 2 years industry experience or within a PSL or field operations.
Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
