Location: 1 Headcount in Kuching for Sarawak 
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Regional Senior Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in East Malaysia. This role involves managing merchandisers and distributors, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective product distribution and promotion within the region.
Job Descriptions: 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets across East Malaysia.
2. Deliver shipment Sell In and Sell out Targets by appointed Distributors while ensuring the agreed minimum threshold of stock inventory is maintained at Distributors' warehouses.   
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers and distributors to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
5. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and distribution channels.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
9. Conduct regular training sessions for merchandisers and distributors to ensure product knowledge and sales skills are up to date.
10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
6. Familiarity with the East Malaysia market and its unique dynamics is highly advantageous.
7. Ability to travel within East Malaysia as needed.
8. Proficiency in English and Chinese languages is essential. Knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
