Develop strategic plans for the assigned regions based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales data.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to optimize the distribution network.Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper distribution across all retail outlets in these areas. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in these regions.Conduct product training sessions for retailers and partners.Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.Mentor and coach sales representatives, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.Forecast sales trends for each region.Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for both regions to upper management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to address them.Ensure all sales activities in both regions comply with company policies.Stay informed about changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia and ensure the team's adherence. What we need from you: Min with SPM/SPTM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or equivalent.Min 2 years of working experience in sales managerial role, preferably in Tobacco industry.
