Area Sales Manager (Hospital Team)

Job Responsibilities: To lead the Sales team in a given area to build company's brand and grow the businessResponsible for the entire Malaysian marketTo manage and achieve sales objectives set by the managementTo monitor collections by medical representatives and manage bad debts. To manage team product inventory.To provide motivation and coaching to the medical representativesTo keep update to the management of other pharma companies activities and products.To review monthly and YTD sales report and manage shortfalls of sales objectives.To review products performance report and manage shortfalls of product objectives.Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma, preferably with science backgroundPreferably with 5 years working experience in sales in pharmaceutical industryExperience in pharmacy or clinic will be an added advantagesGood in communication skill and ability to manager peopleDisciplined, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure and independently.Must possess own transport with valid D class driving license.Willing to travel outstation.
