Join their team and be a part of driving excellence in the automotive industry.**What your responsibilities might look like on a normal day**:***- Execute individual and team Annual Operating Plan by driving Sell In and Sell Out in retail.- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Manager to ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders, tire supplies, and shipments from the factory to customers.- Develop a deep understanding of the tire and retail market in the assigned area to identify key players and sales opportunities.- Implement operational plans to secure volume growth through Sell-Through productivity and expansion in the white space.- Focus on expanding tire sales with existing distributors/retailers and explore opportunities for incremental sales with new customers.- Incorporate retail support activities such as training and resources allocation into the Operational Plan.- Gather competitors' marketing, pricing, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions.**Skill/Qualifications Criteria required for applying**:***- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.- 4+ years of selling experience in the tire/automotive industry or consumer/commercial industry, preferably with exposure to dealer networks.- Strong key account management, selling, and problem-solving skills.- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and customer management skills.- Proficient in communication, including local dialects.- Willingness to travel frequently.
