Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations & ensuring smooth operations on the respective outlets.
Train, guide & coach service staff, including counseling whenever required.
Responsible for employee performance & discipline.
Ensure outlet activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Perform other assignments as defined & delivered by the Management.
Must be able to travel within the outlets under your supervision.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Diploma/Advanced Higher.
Basic computer knowledge.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
Due to the nature of the business, reading, speaking & writing inMandarin is a MUST.
Preferably have Food & Beverage Chain/ Restaurant Service experience.
On-the-job training provided.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
6 work days per week and able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Johor Bahru district.
