You will play a crucial role in building our brand and meeting our sales targets by creating floor plans for retail space and situating displays in an ideal position. What you'll be doing:
Product & Furniture LayoutEquipped with knowledge of seasonal trends, understands them, and can identify key pieces in current collections, must-have pieces for our market, and fully understands the company's trends and direction, as well as market trends.
Demonstrates knowledge on handling procedures for mannequins (and busts) and how to dress them according to company standards.
Able to make section divisions according to sales contribution.
CommercialityAnalyze weekly subfamily reports, identifying PROBLEM/POTENTIAL/OPPORTUNITY subfamilies and can strategically act accordingly to store performance.
Capable of controlling stock rotation, identifying difficulties in selling different subfamilies, and has information on best/worst selling items from past years.
Can build action plans based on analysis of commercial reports and take necessary actions based on business and store needs.
Fully understands customer profiles in the local market and can propose product adjustment plans when needed.
Shows a clear understanding of how commercial decisions impact store performance and can analyze the impact of these decisions, demonstrating the ability to react to new information, implement solutions, and offer alternatives.
Works with commercials, managers, and BUL to create new commercial strategies and layout plans according to sales analysis.
Demonstrates clear knowledge of pilot pictures (both Spanish & Asian) and knows how to adapt the concept of pilot pictures to the store's customer profile.
Works on mannequins, dressing them in key looks that represent the surrounding collection, and understands the setup guidelines for a group of mannequins.
Identifies and acts on creative and visual ideas for the store.
Identifies and solves image problems.
Communicates with commercials for advice when necessary to change furniture.
Learning & DevelopmentResponsible for the training and development of the commercial team.
Identifies and develops potential within the store and manages succession plans with relevant follow-up.
Standards & ComplianceEnsures that the store is adequately resourced across all areas impacted by legal compliance and has a thorough knowledge of all compliance issues across the store, ensuring that involved personnel are knowledgeable and fully trained.
Ensures employees are knowledgeable and always updated on SOPs.
Implements store self-assessment audits/reviews internal audit reports and devises action plans with the wider management team to ensure that actions are delivered.
Health & SafetyEnsures good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and communicates with the senior management team in case an accident occurs.
Is aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and understands safe work practices and company procedures to mitigate them.
Requirements:
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:At least 2 years of working experience in fashion retail or supervisory skills preferred.
Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation. Passion for people & processes.
