Art Director (Branding) 
Responsibilities
Here's a snapshot of what you'll be immersing yourself in:
1. Creative Leadership
- Develop and articulate the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and
overall brand strategy.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design solutions for diverse campaigns and
brand experiences.
2. Team Management & Development
- Supervise and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, copywriters, and other creatives, guiding them
to produce high-quality work.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure a smooth workflow within the creative team.
3. Project Oversight & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process for all visual assets, including print, digital, packaging,
environmental branding, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Client Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present creative ideas, and adapt strategies to
ensure project success.
- Lead client presentations, providing clear rationale for creative decisions and managing client
feedback effectively.
5. Brand & Design Consistency
- Ensure all design outputs are cohesive and maintain a high level of consistency with the client's brand
identity, guidelines, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain visual integrity across all mediums.
6. Trend Analysis & Innovation
- Stay informed about emerging trends in design, technology, and marketing, integrating relevant
innovations into creative projects.
- Push the boundaries of creative design while maintaining business goals and client satisfaction.
7. Problem Solving & Adaptability
- Address creative challenges with strategic, visually appealing solutions that meet client objectives
while maintaining the highest artistic standards.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and changes, maintaining a flexible and solutions-focused mindset.
8. Multi-Platform Visual Direction
- Oversee and guide the creative direction across various platforms, including digital campaigns,
websites, social media, video, print, packaging, and environmental design.
- Ensure the seamless integration of visual elements across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications Experience & Background:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, branding, and visual storytelling across multiple
platforms.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of print, digital, and motion
design processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality creative work.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
