The Job: Develop creative and original designs for Pixlr group brands, focusing on internal communication materials in both digital and printed formats, as well as BTL marketing materials.
Assist in designing and developing a variety of templates and elements that enhance the brand's visual language.
Efficiency of using the Pixlr group's online editing tools (Pixlr, Designs.ai, Vectr) as the primary medium for creating quality output designs.
Conceptualize and implement visually compelling design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and identity.
Ensure that all design outputs consistently and accurately reflect the brand identity and ethos.
Write and integrate cohesive and brand-aligned copy into design elements, ensuring a harmonious blend of text and visuals.
Oversee and strategically plan content projects, managing them from the initial concept to final delivery.
Ensure that all projects align with brand requirements and are executed to a high-quality standard.
Manage and streamline the Content Management System, ensuring efficient handling and organization of content.
Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and integrate feedback into design work.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and advancements in AI tools, integrating these into design work where applicable.
Requirements The Person: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or any related fields.
5 - 7 years of experience in visual design, marketing communications, or a similar role.
Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing projects.
Understanding of marketing strategies and how visual elements support them.
Proficient in using graphic design software.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Understanding of branding principles and visual identity systems.
Able to work independently and with the team.
Project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management.
Good command of English (written and verbal).
Excellent communication skills.
Have problem-solving abilities and is adaptable to changes in priorities and deadlines.
