Artisan (Up To Sgd2200)

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Erecting partition walls.
• Installation of doors, windows, and frames.
• Waterproofing works for floors, roof, window joints.
• Flooring work, such as replacement of ceramic/homogeneous tiles for small areas and carpet tiles.
• Finishing work, including patch-up works and painting.
• Construction of ceilings, including installation of ceiling grids, ceiling boards, plasterboard ceiling.
• Installation of pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and waterheaters, including their accessories.
• Repairing and replacing faulty or damaged pipes, valves, faucets, and other plumbing components.
• Clearing blocked drains, toilets, and sewage systems.
• Detecting and repairing leaks in pipes or plumbing fixtures.
• Joining pipes using compression fittings.
