As an AS400 Lead Developer at HCL Technologies Malaysia SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and maintenance of mission-critical banking applications. Joining our talented team in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in delivering innovative solutions using the latest AS400 technologies and tools.
What you'll be doing Join a team of AS400 developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex banking applicationsDevelop, test, and deploy custom AS400 applications using RPG, RPGLE, and AldonImplement and manage software change control using ALDON.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the existing AS400 systemsEnsure the integrity, security, and performance of the AS400 systemsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersEnsure compliance with banking sector standards and best practices.Stay up to date with the latest AS400 technologies and best practicesWhat we're looking for 8+ years of experience in AS400 development, with a strong understanding of RPG, RPGLE, and AldonHands-on experience with ALDON for software version control and change management.Extensive Knowledge and experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of banking processes and regulationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldWhat we offer
