Job DescriptionThis role is working closely with the operational teams and wider HR to manage and develop the graduate and apprentice development programmes. Ensuring professional body alignment and alignment to the company's behavioural and technical competency frameworks.
This role will include:
Co-ordinating all graduate and apprentice training.
Creating terms of reference for the company's graduate and apprentice development managers, ensuring process is followed consistently across the Asia business.
Working alongside the graduate and apprentice development managers to ensure that all graduates and apprentices have a career plan and are supported in their development.
Providing support and guidance to line managers of graduates and apprentices to ensure consistency of experience across the Asia business.
Co-ordinating final assessment and completion of graduate and apprentice development programmes and feeding outputs into the operational promotions process.
Design and management of periodic programme reviews and end of programme assessment.
Establishing, maintaining and regularly reporting upon agreed KPIs and metrics.
Continuing to support graduates and apprentices as they roll off of their development programme to provide clear learning pathways.
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of related working experience.
Experience in a development role for graduates and/or apprentices.
Experience of working with professional bodies and competency frameworks.
Experience of building and/or developing graduate and apprentice programmes.
Experience working in a complex global business.
