Seeking a talented leader to step into a new Supply Chain / Product Enabling and Operations (SPEO) managerial opening in our Factory and Logistics Services (FLS) org. Parent org resides within SMG (Corp Planning Group). This dynamic role will manage a team of 8-12 employees that design and operationally-enable Intel's supply chain operations' core data instructional collateral. Direct and Indirect Employees are located primarily in Malaysia but may include many international sites. Initial scope is primarily targeted to systems / devices but may include any Intel product and platform level integration.Finally, in collaboration with parent org peers this team utilizes their unique Intel expertise to start up new ODM factories and oversee product / technology envelope expansions for Intel's existing ODM manufacturing base.**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:- B.S. degree in Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent field- 5-7 years of relevant experience to develop, manage, and lead a team of package and label designers who both deploy new system capabilities and set up products operationally.- 6-10 years of experience working in supply chain, platform / device businesses, hybrid manufacturing networks, and/or Outsourced Manufacturing- General understanding of Intel's diverse product portfolio and transformative shift to new modular die package design- Can collaborate across boundaries and shape a healthy, vibrate organizational culture.- Ability to communicate effectively in simple but powerful terms- Ability to support some limited international travel (post-Covid recovery)Preferred Qualifications- Proven ability to influence and partner at next management / leadership levels across BU's, supply chain partners, and external entities- MBA or Masters in Business / Supply Chain is preferred**Inside this Business Group**Intel's Sales and Marketing (SMG) organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with Intel based technology solutions.
